Start your day on Today
Today is your front page. Instead of a long list of mail, it shows what needs you, in order, with a button to act on each one.
Use Today
- Open Today from the sidebar, or from the tab bar on your phone.
- Read the headline. It tells you how many things need you, like "4 things need you. A possible scam comes first."
- Work through First things. These are the top three cards. Each has a sticker that says why it's there, like Flagged by Scout, Overdue, Urgent or Draft ready.
- Use the buttons on each card to deal with it right there.
- Under Then, tap a short link like "3 more to reply to" or "2 bills to pay" to see the rest.
What the buttons do
- Reply opens the conversation. Tomorrow snoozes it until 8 a.m. tomorrow.
- Mark paid marks a bill as paid. Open shows the bill.
- Review opens a draft Quill wrote, so you can approve it.
- See why shows why Scout thinks an email is a scam.
- Screen them opens new senders in the Screener.
- See what's missing shows a document request that isn't done yet.
The order things come in
Scams come first, then overdue bills, urgent replies, drafts waiting for you, bills due this week, other replies, new senders, and missing documents.
Good to know
- While you were away shows what each helper did in the last day: what Scout sorted, what Quill drafted, and what Fetch received.
- If nothing needs you, Today says so. Enjoy the quiet.
- Today can also come to you as an email each morning. See your daily brief.
- Replies only show up here if they're yours or nobody has taken them yet.
