Rookery is email with an assistant built in. It sorts the pile, drafts your replies, chases what's missing and stops the scams, for just you or your whole team. You approve every message.
Scout: Morning. Three things need you today: the school form, the energy bill and Priya. I've drafted her reply. The parcel text is a scam, and the newsletters can wait.
“I'll reply tonight. (I won't.)”
“Which email was the bill in?”
“Is this delivery text real?”
“Did anyone on the team answer her?”
“I've asked for those documents three times.”
It isn't you. Email was built to deliver messages, not to deal with them. So we gave it an assistant.

Hi Priya, thanks for the photos. The quote I sent on October 2 still stands [1], and yes, it includes the parts. Would Thursday morning suit you for the visit [2]?

Feathers are add-ons that teach Rookery your trade: what to ask people for, which documents to check, the dates that matter and the views your work needs. Pro, Team and Business include every Feather.

Email is the one app almost everyone keeps open all day, and it has hardly changed. It still hands you a pile and leaves you to sort it, answer it, chase it and spot the fake ones.
We think email should come with help. Not a chatbot in the corner, but an assistant that does the busywork in the open, shows its working, and never sends a word you haven't agreed to. For your own mail, or for a whole team.
We're opening early access to a small group first. If your inbox has become a second job, we'd love you to be in it.
The Rookery team
No. Keep your email address. Forward your mail to Rookery and reply from it as yourself, or bring your own domain. The people you write to won't notice a thing, except the faster replies.
An add-on that teaches Rookery a kind of work: what to ask people for, which documents to check, the dates to watch and the views you need. Pro, Team and Business include every Feather, and you switch on the ones you use.
No. Every message waits for your yes. If you approve a kind of reply often enough, Rookery may ask whether it can send that kind itself, with an undo window. It only does if you agree.
Yes. Your mail and documents are never used to train AI, never sold and never used for ads. Every action is recorded with who did it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Drafts show where each fact came from, so you can check before sending. If a document check is wrong, you can accept the file yourself. And sent messages have an undo window.
We're inviting a small group first. Request early access and we'll reply personally.
