Strangers wait at the door.
Turn on New senders and anyone writing to you for the first time waits outside your inbox. One tap lets them in. One tap keeps them out for good. People you write to are let in automatically.

The one that matters
BeforeA real first email is buried under the pitches.
With RookeryToday tells you when someone's waiting, so it doesn't sit unseen.
Three steps.
- Turn it on.An owner or admin switches it on in Settings. It's off until you do.
- First-timers wait.Their email goes to New senders, not your inbox, and the helpers leave it alone.
- Decide once.Allow them, and their mail arrives as normal from then on. Block them, and it stays out for good. Nothing is deleted.
Scout: 2 new senders are waiting. Let them in, or keep them out for good.
The honest bit
- In the app it's still called the Screener. The new name is on its way there. Everything else on this page works today.
- It's made for your own mail. It's one setting for the whole workspace, so if your team shares an inbox with customers, a new customer would wait too.
- A real person can wait too. That's why Today and your daily brief tell you when someone's at the door.
- Blocked mail isn't deleted. It stays out of your inbox, and search can still find it.
