The Agencies Feather collects briefs, files and sign-offs, nudges clients when work is waiting on them, and drafts the Friday updates. You approve every message.
Fetch: The launch is waiting on 3 things from Nora: the logo files, the copy and a sign-off. I've written her one short checklist with an upload link. Send it?
“We're waiting on the client. Again.”
“Which version did they approve?”
“I've asked for the logo files three times.”
“Can you just send a quick update?”
“Is this freelancer's new bank account real?”
It isn't you. Email was built to deliver messages, not to run the client side of your work. So we built the part that was missing.
Feedback everywhereClient notes scattered across six threads and a forwarded PDF.
Sorted by projectTwo projects have feedback, one is waiting on you. Files are filed by project.
Waiting on filesThe work can't start without the logo files. You ask again.
Fetch asked once, clearlyNora got one checklist with an upload link, and sent everything by lunch.
Which version? The client approved something. You're not sure which version.
Sign-off on recordThe approval is saved with who approved which version, and when.
“New bank details”A freelancer's invoice arrives with a different account and a deadline.
Held for a personScout spotted the lookalike address and held it until you'd checked.
“Quick update?”Every client wants a status note on Friday.
Updates draftedQuill wrote each client a short update from the project notes. You approve them in one go.
Set the monthly content request, the report and the invoice reminder once per client. Rookery asks on time, chases the gaps and shows you what's blocked.
Clients get an email with a link: exactly what you need, ticked off as they send it. Files, photos and a sign-off button, with no account to make.
Each file is checked as it lands: the right format, big enough to use, the right brand. If not, they hear why straight away.
Please note our new bank details on the attached invoice. Payment is due by Friday to avoid a late fee.
Fake invoices with “new bank details” target small studios every week. Scout compares each one with what you've paid before and holds anything that doesn't match.
Hi Nora, here's where we are. The homepage is designed and ready for you to review [1]. We kept the green you liked and moved the sign-up higher. If you can approve it by Wednesday, we're on track to launch on the 20th [2].
Grey is Quill's. Black is what you changed.
We're building each Feather with a small group of early-access teams. Document requests, file checks, reminders, drafts and scam warnings work today. The Agencies-specific parts arrive during early access, shaped by the people using them.
Not yet. Connections come after early access. Today the Feather handles the asking, the files and the updates, in email.
Yes. Pro is for one person working with clients, and it includes every Feather.
No. Keep your email address. Forward your mail to Rookery and reply from it as yourself, or bring your own domain. The people you write to won't notice a thing, except the faster replies.
No. Every message waits for your yes. If you approve a kind of reply often enough, Rookery may ask whether it can send that kind itself, with an undo window. It only does if you agree.
Yes. Your mail and documents are never used to train AI, never sold and never used for ads. Every action is recorded with who did it, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
It takes ten seconds. We're letting people in a few at a time, so we can set each one up properly.
