Questions
Do I have to leave Gmail or Outlook?
No. Keep your address and your mail app. Gmail or Outlook forwards a copy of new mail to Rookery. Replies come from your Rookery address, with your own address as Reply-To, so when people answer, it comes back to you.
Will it send anything without me?
Not unless you switch it on, one kind of email at a time. Every reply starts as a draft that waits for your yes, and every send has an undo.
Is my mail private?
Yes. Never used to train AI, never sold, no ads. Trackers are taken out of the mail you get, and never added to the mail you send.
Can I bring my old mail?
Not yet. Your old mail stays where it is, and Rookery starts with new mail.
Personal or Pro?
Personal, $8 a month, is for your own mail. Pro, $24 a month, is for one person working with clients: it adds every Feather, document requests and checks, private replies, and read-only API and MCP access.
When does billing start?
Not during early access. Your 14-day free trial starts when your invite arrives, with no card needed, and billing isn't switched on yet, so nobody is charged. Once it is, you choose a plan to keep going.
