Rookery is email with an assistant built in. It sorts your mail, drafts replies, chases documents and flags scams. Nothing goes out without your yes.

Rookery is an email app with an assistant built in. It does the busywork in your inbox: it sorts new mail, drafts replies, asks people for missing documents and warns you about scams. You stay in charge. Nothing it writes goes out without your yes, unless you choose to let it.

You can use Rookery for your own mail, or share it with a small team.

## Find your way around

1. **Today** is your front page. It shows the few things that need you first.
2. **Inbox** holds your conversations. Tabs split them into Open, Waiting, Snoozed and Closed.
3. **Needs your yes** lists replies the helpers wrote that are waiting for you to approve.
4. **Documents** keeps every file people send you, sorted into invoices, receipts, contracts and more.
5. **Bills** and **Newsletters** help with your own mail: what's due, and which newsletters you never read.
6. **Settings** is where you add a passkey, invite your team and choose what the helpers may do.

On a phone, the tabs at the bottom are **Today**, **Inbox**, **Your yes**, **Documents** and **More**.

## Good to know

- Three helpers do the work: Scout, Quill and Fetch. [Meet them here](https://userookery.com/help/meet-the-helpers/).
- Your mail is never used to train AI, never sold and never used for ads.
- Every action shows who did it, whether it was a person or a helper.
- Press `⌘K` (or `Ctrl+K`) to jump anywhere. See [shortcuts](https://userookery.com/help/keyboard-shortcuts/).
