# See what's going out, and undo it

Outbox shows everything that will leave Rookery. Undo a send in its window, send now or stop what's scheduled, and see how the last day's mail went.

**Outbox** is in the sidebar under **Set aside**. It shows everything that will leave Rookery, soonest first. While something is in its undo window, the sidebar shows a count beside **Outbox**.

## Going out now

Sends you can still take back, each with a countdown and **Undo**:

- Your replies and new emails (20 seconds).
- Quill's replies at **Send with undo** (10 minutes) or **Autonomous** (30 seconds).
- Replies from an API key or an MCP agent.
- Your answer to a calendar invite.

Each row says who is sending it (you, a teammate, Quill, Fetch, or a key's name with "(API)"), who it goes to, the subject and the inbox. **Undo** works the same as in the conversation: the email doesn't go, and its words go back into the reply box. Undo an invite answer and the invite goes back to how it was.

While something of yours or a helper's is going out, a small **Sending 2 · Undo** button shows on every page: in the sidebar under search, or on a phone beside the Write button (at the top while you're writing). It opens Outbox. In `⌘K`, **Undo the last send** takes back the most recent one.

## Scheduled

- **Send later:** **Send now**, **Edit** (its words go back into your reply) or **Cancel**.
- **Reminders Fetch sends** for documents and a yes: **Send now**, **Skip** or **Stop reminders**.
- **One email about changes** to something you asked for: it goes once the changes settle, and opens in its conversation.
- **Booking reminders:** they go while the booking is on. To change them, cancel or move the booking from its conversation or Calendar.

## Just sent

The last 24 hours of mail that went out, linked to each conversation, marked **Sent**, **Not sent** or **Bounced**. **Try again** sends one that didn't go.

## Mine or Team

**Mine** shows what you send, plus what the helpers and API keys send in inboxes you can see. **Team** shows everyone's. Mail in someone's private inbox is only ever in their own Outbox.

## Good to know

- Today says when the helpers will send something in the next hour, like "Fetch will send 3 reminders at 9:00 am".
- The old **Scheduled** page is now Outbox. Links to it still work.
